It's an excellent home base for 5 guests. Excellent staff knows how to make your stay wonderful. Location is absolutely perfect and excellent, 5 minutes drive to Via Chiaia. Based on our experience we recommend this apartment.

my recent stay in Naples was fantastic, but Appartamenti Mergellina surpassed all expectations. Ciro and Margherita were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing a map with great recommendations and even making us delicious coffee. The apartment had everything we needed for a self-catering stay and the location was perfect for exploring the city without needing a taxi. It truly felt like living with the locals and was a wonderful experience.

Shower cabin had mold.

The place is located in a safe area near the Pompei and Naples embankment, and the staff was friendly.

I liked it, will be back. Kind staff, neat apartment, IDEAL location. Its room was huge and clean. I had delicious breakfast and the stay was pleasant enough. There was a terrific restaurant easy walk to the venue.

We had a really comfortable stay in Naples adjacent to the downtown, restaurants and the sea. Staff was pleasant and amazing, helped us with everything. Served breakfast with nice local bread, everything was local.

All in all had perfect 10/10 experience for this beautiful vacation.

Helpful and superfriendly staff, and the best owner ever. For the price I paid the room was huge and newly decorated for an extra £100. A hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets available. Got breakfast with more options, everything was savoury and delicious. Location was incredible and and stunning, short walk to Naples. Besides, it was 15 minutes walk to Mappatella Beach.

The location of the apartment is great, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful seaside promenade. The neighborhood is safe and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The apartment is big enough for our family and it was kept very clean by the daily housekeeping. The hosts were friendly and informative, even helping us arrange a cheaper taxi. The continental breakfast provided was well-stocked and we enjoyed the pastries from the nearby pastry shop.

The bathroom appliances were a bit old and could have been cleaned better.

From start to finish - a very very good experience in our short visit. Very professional staff, fully-equipped and large room. Best possible and comfortable location - really close to Piazza Amedeo.
